What access and surface is required?

A flat level access required with a minimum 1.2m width. Some equipment includes items that are extremely heavy. If you have any steps or hard to access areas for set up please contact us to discuss. 
Our packages range from big to small and we have a variety of different sized bouncy castles. Measurements of our set ups are provided under the “packages” tab, please take note of the measurements and check that it will fit in the area you are wanting it to be set up in. If you have any concerns regarding size and space you can contact us to discuss! 
Bouncy castles can be set up on both grass or hard surfaces, please let us know upon booking which surface your castle will be set up on so we can make sure we have all of the necessary equipment to safely secure your castle! 

 

Our soft play packages are size adjustable. Measurements of the standard packages are provided under the “packages” tab, otherwise contact us for a customised package to fit your area! 

 

Although the soft play equipment can be set up outside it is recommended to have a nice shady space allocated as the equipment can get quite hot when left in direct sun.

It’s important to note that the soft play area can only be setup on a levelled dry surface and we do not setup on wet grass, crushed rocks, dirt, or sand.

 Rules for the equipment 

Some of our rules of use are:

 

 

  • No face painting, glitter paint, silly string, 
    party poppers to be used on or near the soft play area, ball pit and bouncy castles.

 

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times! 

 

  • No shoes in any soft play area, ball pits or bouncy castles.

 

  • No food, drinks and cake consumption in the soft play area, ball pits or bouncy castles.

 

  • Our soft play equipment and ball pits are to be used only by the adequate age group that is appropriate for each selected package. 

 

  • Only toys and equipment provided by queen of the castle party hire are allowed in the soft play area and ball pit.

 

  • No glass, drinking glasses or bottles are allowed near or in the soft play area, ball pit or bouncy castles. 

 

  • No smoking near the soft play area, ball pits and bouncy castles. 

 

  • No animals to be in the soft play area, ball pits or bouncy castles.

  • Play equipment is not to be removed from the soft play area. 


     

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and bank transfer.

What is your policy for damaged products?

The hirer is responsible for any damage to the equipment, if the repairs are more than the bond money paid you will be charged for the remaining cost of the repairs.

 

How do you clean your equipment?

Each piece of equipment is carefully cleansed and sanitized before and after your event. We use an antiviral hospital grade disinfectant product that kills up to 99.9% of viruses.

 

Do we need to pay a bond when hiring the equipment? 

Yes, A $200 refundable bond is required for each hire period. This is payable upon booking to secure your date and will be refunded to you as soon as the play equipment is collected in the same condition they were hired out, and in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.

The bond may be forfeited as a cleaning fee if play equipment is returned moderately soiled or wet. It may also be used to cover costs associated with minor damage of play equipment. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our damage policy.

Is delivery included? 

Yes! A full delivery, set up, pack down and collection service is included for all our packages, which are based up to 20kms distance from Mandurah (6207) to your party. 
Fees for out of allocated radius as follows 

20-35 kms extra $50

35-45 kms extra $80

45-55 kms extra $100

55-65 kms extra $120

65-75 kms extra $150

How do we make a booking?

To make a booking simply email us at queenofthecastlepartyhire@yahoo.com or send us a message on one of our social media platforms. A $200 bond deposit is required upon booking to secure your date.
